Having the most up to date details for you enables us to contact you quickly when we need to. It also allows us to provide the very latest digital services as the NHS rolls them out, for example electronic prescriptions, NHS App Patient Services and video consultations.
The text messages being sent via our texting service AccuRx (accurx.com) contain a link starting florey.accurx.com. This link will confirm your date of birth and then allow you to send us a reply.
