At Willow Group we want to make sure your messages to us are read and dealt with as promptly as possible. We receive hundreds of messages daily through a variety of routes so it’s a challenge to achieve this.
With that in mind, we are focusing on using the Klinik system for all patient enquiries. Effective from 17 May 2021, we will switch off patient messaging within Patient Access/NHS App.
Instead, please go to our website and click on the ‘Contact Us Online’ popup whenever you wish to contact us for a consultation or any other message.
You will still be able to book/review your appointments and view your medical record within Patient Access/NHS App.
