Routine GP Appointments

Our doctors offer a variety of appointments which can be booked online, by telephone or in person. New appointments are made available daily at 9.30am. Normally you should book an appointment with your own doctor, thus ensuring continuity of care. However you are welcome to see any doctor of your choice. If you do want to see specific doctor for a special reason, please advise us when you book. Your named GP is printed on your repeat prescription form and on any letters we may send you. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please ask when you next speak to us.

Urgent Queries

If you have an urgent medical query, you should use our Same Day Access Service, or Online Consultation.

Telephone Consultations

Doctors have a number of telephone appointments available every day they are in surgery. They are booked appointments for a time specific telephone call from the doctor to you. Please ensure we have your correct contact details. Follow-up face to face or telephone consultations may be arranged for you by the doctor during this appointment, as required. Some queries can be handled easily over the telephone, such as issuing sick certificates, referrals, requesting blood tests prior to a review or a prescription for medication that is not on repeat. This speeds up appointment times to deal with problems requiring the patient to attend the surgery in person.

The surgery is closed for staff training.
