There are several ways of contacting us. Our Care Navigators are on hand to help and will ask you a series of questions when you get in touch to ensure you get the most appropriate appointment for your care.
We have partnered with Klinik so you can submit your secure eConsultation using the banner on our front page and get health advice or a response by end of the next working day.
Patient Access/NHS App
With online Patient Access or the NHS App you can book or cancel and appointments, order repeat prescriptions, send us a secure message and check your medical record.
You can call us on 023 8231 1034 regardless of which site you usually use.
There are times (especially early mornings) when our phone lines are very busy and we would encourage you to consider all the ways you can contact us.

Register your mobile number with us so you can use our texting service to receive appointment reminders and to quickly and conveniently cancel an appointment. Our appointment texting service also has an app. Download the MJOG Messenger app from the App Store or Play Store, register and you’ll automatically receive reminders and other messages from us in there.
